Intermediate to Advanced skill level
This is this first time in a long time that I have combined two of my favorites in one kit. The kumihimo and rings bead kit blends my love of kumi in the necklace along with my recent infatuation with peyote rings as the bead weaving technique.
The kit includes all beads, cord, and findings needed to create up to a 22″ kumihimo necklace with the pendant portion measuring up to about 4″.
Tools needed: Kumihimo disk and bobbins, beading needle size 11, scissors, bead mat, Big Eye needle, magnifying glasses if needed, 6lb. Fireline, chain nose pliers, round nose pliers, wire cutters, and a ruler.
